Transfers & Tramway July 6, 2015

Hey y'all!
So transfer news: we're both staying! And also taking over the elders area...so basically the view in the pictures is our area. We are the only spanish missionaries in the whole stake now. It's going to be pretty busy! But busy is great! We have already had 5 members give us referrals for the southside of town.
This morning we rode the tram up the Sandia Mountains and then hiked to a little limestone cabin up there. That altitude though. It was really fun and the elders have definitely given me some insight on what it would have been like to have brothers! They are tons of fun. Even if they do pull pranks on me and tease me all the time. :) But hey, that tram ride freaked me out! The ride up was the longest 15 minutes of my life!
Oh, I also met a man there from Huntsville! Crazy!!

Anyways... this week was good! Not a lot of teaching, a whole lot of knocking, talking, and sweating. Gained a little sympathy for the missionaries that have those weeks every week.
On the 4th of July we had zero plans. So we biked around and talked to people all day. We were talking to a lady at the bus stop and a woman came up and punched her. Awkward... There were lots of interesting moments that day. But! We found a ton of new people to teach!
I got a little discouraged/freaked out/whatever you want to call it this week because people are just really creepy and inappropriate. Especially lately. I don't know what it is...something about this heat or something! But there have been tons. And now with taking over the elder's area it's going to be 12X worse! I guess I just have to keep laughing about it though because if I don't I'll want to hide in a cardboard box and cry! Thank goodness we have the Lord's protection. That's all I can say.

We're going to the mission home right now to take the brand new missionaries contacting! Feels like that was just me!! Time flies.
Well, that's all for this week!
nos vemos! cuidese! que le vaya bien!
