Also, this morning we got to go to the temple! It is closed but we still got to go to the visitors center and it was so great!! It was fun to bust out of these walls but it was a very humbling experience to drive through the streets of this city. I seriously have so much love for the Latino people. And I just want to talk to all of them and help them. Also, we got to watch this amazing movie about families at the visitors center. It made me love and miss my family a ton but am also so excited to have a family of my own one day! Families really can be together forever! Isn't that so amazing?
The language is coming along. Very very slowly but there has been improvement! However, when I am teaching it is a whole different story. Phrases of what I need to say literally are placed into my head. With words I would not usually remember and I am able to speak much faster. It is such a humbling experience.
I am so grateful to have this opportunity to be a missionary at this time in my life. It is a marvelous work. I am starting to get a little nervous to head out in 13 days! But I cant wait.
