Where do I even start?? Wowza.
Okay, so first and foremost. The transfer news: I will be staying in my current area and not only receiving one new companion...but TWO! And on top of that, one will be brand new so we will be training her! Crazy!
This week we have be going like crazy! On Saturday we sang at the mall. I was just so relieved for my duet to be over. Phew!
The Elders in our ward also had a baptism that day of this cute old couple called the Alvarado's. We were helping the wife so we were on one side of the font with her and the elders were on the other side with the husband. He was baptized first and then the wife just starting crying. It was so sweet! She definitely felt The Spirit. Poor Elder Crafts didn't know if it was a good cry or a bad cry so he wasn't sure what to do! The next day they paid their tithing first thing after being confirmed. They are so sweet!
Saturday night we had the ward Christmas party. It was a lot of fun! I love these people here so much! Jackie and Gabriel and Carmen and her kids all came. I tried to eat a stuffed jalapeno wrapped in bacon but I realized I'm not as Mexican as I think. That thing was hot! I couldn't even handle one bite!
Sorry this is so short, Hermana Venegas is leaving today so we are running around like crazy trying to get everything done in time. Also I went to the chiropractor this morning! That was quite the experience.
