Hola mis queridos amigos,
This week was good! The crazy calmed down a little. smile emoticon We are moving this Thursday so this week is going to be slightly hectic but I am so stoked to live with the senior couples. We went to the mission office yesterday to sign the paperwork for the apartment and they were all like, "hey neighbors!" and just so excited and cute.
Our star investigators are Martin & Sara Villalpando. They are from Juarez, have two little boys, and are 29 and 30. (sorry if I already told y'all this...) They have been taught since January, come to church every week, and are just waiting til her parents come in August to get baptized. They are very strong in their religion so she wants to tell them formally and face to face. We had a really awesome lesson with them about the priesthood with our ward mission leader. They are seriously such amazing people and have been so well prepared for the gospel!
We had zone conference on Friday. It was really good. We are changing the teaching style in the mission so that's going to be an adjustment. They also installed tiwis into our cars. They report speed violations, driving without seat belts, and hard turns/bumps and stuff. They are pretty intense. I'm just glad I'm not the driver right now. smile emoticon
I love that we get to do family history every week. I'm learning a ton about my heritage! Also bingo on Thursdays is such a blast. I love those ladies. They are so stinkin' hilarious.
Other random things:
-the sunsets here are INCREDIBLE every single night
-one of the members in our ward owns a food truck (Burger City--it's gettin big!) and so that's what they gave us for dinner this week and they are amazing burgers! He's getting so big around here people have been robbing his truck and starting copycats and demanding food battles and a whole bunch of crazy stuff.
-this is my last week of being a teenager and I'm a little bit freaking out about that!

Sorry this is short! Love Y'all!
